Coming home

Kai is being discharged today! We are still waiting for all the prescriptions to be written, so I hope this is not a repeat of yesterday. Kai only vomited one of his meds yesterday, but he took it when we redosed him, so I think his percentage can be counted as 100. We are going home with the drainage tube still in his side, but hopefully that will come out at his appointment on Monday. Otherwise we are all doing good. Thanks everyone for all the thoughts and prayers.

    We've been following Kai's recovery and are so glad to read that he's nursing again, captivated by mobiles again and going home again. Thanks for sharing so much in this blog. We can't wait to see the three of you soon.
